IN SHADES OF SAND. I'm always excited to wear my new clothes once I've bought them off the racks, and that also applies to the sweater that I'm wearing in this post as shown above. It was a sweater which I had bought earlier on that day itself so it's.... ahem, not washed yet. Hahaha. Don't tell me you've not committed the same kind of thing before! But the thing is that, I just couldn't resist seeing it lying in the bag and not wear it. Not when I even have matching colors on myself that afternoon.. hmmm.
It was actually bought from Bugis street during my short trip there that I blogged about in my earlier entry. The moment I saw this cream colored sweater I just could not un-see it. The only thing I knew next is that my wallet got a little bit poorer. T___T Boyfriend and I happened to make a last minute decision to catch a movie that night, therefore it also came in handy for my sleeveless wear. I was wearing a floral top underneath the sweater, paired with Raybans, white shorts and nude wedges for comfort walking. They are all of the same shade of color, and looking at it just made me feel Zen hahaha. But clothes aside, I think this pair of wedges is my next best pair of shoe in my cabinet after ballet flats because my feet (miraculously) didn't hurt when I stood for six hours straight in them during work. :D
I didn't wanted to leave till dusk to take the photos that day, and therefore these were taken during the late afternoon. But to be honest, it was kind of hot as the sun was still up. Not one of the wisest choices made, but I still hope you girls will like this look!
And cheers to all of my readers for a brand new year ahead, and happy holidays!
