SHOPPING AT BUGIS. Whoever said there's no place to shop in Singapore has apparently never stepped foot onto Bugis street. I have been busy shuffling between work and festive celebrations these few days, and tonight I can finally slow my pace down and share my daily snippets with all of you. The song "That's when I love you" by Ashlyn is also playing from my Youtube playlist right now. I don't know what about you, but I really do like old classical songs and I have a huge playlist of them! The night just can't get any better.
Just yesterday, I went on a impromptu and short shopping trip to Bugis street with boyfriend accompanying me. Most people would associate this place with cheap clothings, which equates to apparels of lousy quality, but I beg to differ. This place is just like candyland for me and it's even better than ogling at hunks - which is so much boring in comparison please hahaha.
Boyfriend mentioned that it's a blessing that I like to shop here instead of high end boutiques of established brands lol! Well... it's true that I like items that are unbranded. I prefer to brand my apparels with my identity, rather than letting them brand me. My other principal is to only spend what that is within my abilities and purchasing power.. so yeah. Oh my god am I the only person with shopping principals?? But I mean, these principals are really important because if I don't have them, I'll probably squander my entire savings away. Clothes can never be enough for us girls, right??
So anyway this trip was quite a change because boyfriend hardly accompanies me on my shopping trip, and this time he even brought his camera along. Therefore I thought I'll take this chance and show you this place where I get most of my clothes from (apart from shopping online) haha.
