FEELING PINK

AWKWARD WAIST BELTS  You see it the moment when you spot a waist-belt that's peeking out of nowhere.. and unfortunately that always happens to be on me. Help! One issue with skirts and me is that they are always loose 90% of the time even though they may already have elastic waist bands. Not in order to brag about my measurements of course, I mean sure it's nice to have a slim waist.. but don't you just hate it when you bought home a new buy that turns out to be ill-fitting? I find that incredibly annoying!!! (It feels like I just wasted my money..) The only way is that either I send it to the seamstress (which can be costly at times), or do it the old school skirt-folding method. Ha! Have you girls tried it before? It was THE secret all of us did back in secondary school in an attempt to shorten our skirts' length. The other day when I was clearing out my wardrobe I came across my pile of school uniforms and guess what? Holy cat!!! I can't believe I've worn even baggier and ill fitting skirts in the past that I just want to hide myself somewhere. Should have snapped a picture of it!

This was the outfit that I wore last year on New Year's Eve and I'm finding it quite funny that I'm actually blogging about it on Chinese New Year's Eve. Talk about how time flies. At times I can just get so coped up with things on hand that I forget some of the pictures which KJ and I took. Remember how I said I have so many back-log of pictures? Yup these are the ones. But oh well, better late than never! Was wearing this cropped top that is again from Bangkok and I have to admit that I bought three of them!! I have been keeping the other two colors for CNY so I'm pretty sure you guys will be seeing it again very very soon on my blog or Instagram updates..

Meanwhile, I wish that all of you have a prosperous Chinese New Year ahead and is one that is filled it love, wealth and happiness! Lots of loves. X
